What is Vedic Astrology and what distinguishes others?

What is Vedic Astrology? Difference between Vedic and Western systems?
There are many differences between vedic astrology and the most common system in the West - tropical astrology - or western astrology. Indian peoples have practiced vedic astrology for thousands of years. The earliest writings on this topic were found in the Vedas - the ancient spiritual texts of Hindus and the oldest known books to date, dating back to 5000 - 8000 years. And the Indian name "Jyotch", which means "science of light" because it is related to the follow-up celestial bodies that reflect the energy and light on the ground, affecting the course of human events.

Western astrology was invented by the Greeks and the Babylonians about 2000 to 3,000 years ago. They believed that since the sun is the center of the solar system, the relationship of the earth to the sun is the most important. It uses the tropical constellation, which measures the sun's relationship to the Earth's orbital regions (Cancer orbit and Capricorn orbit). On March 22 each year marks the beginning of spring - the spring equinox - which becomes the same day and night. This is the real beginning of the new year in astrology. (One of the Roman emperors made January 1 the beginning of the calendar year, and this does not mean anything for astrology.) Because this is the beginning of the New Year astrology, Western astrology determines that the first tower - the Aries - begins with the equinox and the other towers follow it respectively .

How Vedic Astrology Works
Vedic astrology does not measure when towers start or end this way. It uses astrology, which looks at fixed stars in constellations to determine it. The science of astral constellations means that the stars are related. Vedic astrophysics finds that looking at Earth's relationship to the sun is not a precise approach to measuring towers because of what is referred to as the "neutral movement of equinoxes," that is, the rotation of the earth's axis in a direction in space and a little in the other direction. This causes the corrections to progress by 50 seconds each year. What this means is that every 72 years we lose a whole day in our session. Therefore, every 72 years the towers must move back one day every 72 years to remain astronautically tuned. This Western system does not adapt to this change. Astrology, commonly practiced in Western civilization, is no longer an astronomer. When a Western astrologer says, "Venus in the Sagittarius, you can look at the naked eye at night to the constellation and you can not find Venus there - you'll find it lagging behind in the constellation Scorpio. This is the main reason that modern astronomers do not believe in constellations. On the other hand, the Vedic system adapts to the nomadic movement of the equinoxes. When Western astrology was developed, the two systems had the same torsec for solar towers. Over the centuries, they have run away from each other for 25 days. Therefore, most people fall into the former solar tower of the tower they thought they were born in. It changes the entire map back 25 degrees, changing not only the tower sun but the rising tower and the lunar tower as well as the positions of all planets on the map.

Vedic astrology and its tools:
One of the most exciting tools in Vedic astrology is the use of "planetary periods" of influence. These periods are incredibly predictive. By looking at the planet on the map - its tower, its house, its side of the house, connections and power - you can say with great precision what a person can experience during this planetary period. Each major period is then divided into smaller periods ranging from one to three years, which add another layer to the prediction. This is incredibly exciting. It reveals very clearly why a person's career starts or stumbles at various times, when a person can expect to be in good health or bad, or why he is getting married at this particular time, or when he will have children, etc. This is the most valuable tool among the many unique tools of this system. This and many other reasons make these ancient teachings very necessary and very useful to the contemporary world.
